Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment time and please fill out the consent forms prior to arrival.
We kindly ask you to please silence your cell phones and as a reminder we are not able to have children or guests in the treatment room or waiting area who are not receiving a service.
Please note we have street and metered parking.
Upon entering, the front door may be locked, there is a doorbell to the right of the front door, please ring if we are not there. We have a bench outside in front of the large window of the spa if you would like to sit outside while you wait.
Prior to your service, please be sure to fill out the consultation intake forms we emailed you. This will allow you to fully unwind and enjoy your treatment. As a courtesy to all of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if the schedule is booked. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
Specials and packages cannot be combined with any other discount. Please present any coupons/specials before your treatment. Please call the spa with any questions you may have, we are happy to answer them.

Hold the face value they purchased at.
May be purchased by phone, online or within the spa.
Must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.
Are not redeemable for cash or applied towards Memberships.

Payment
We accept credit and debit cards only. Gratuities are accepted in cash, although we cannot provide change.
Parking
There is free street parking available and metered parking.
Cancellation Policy
A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the service amount. If you are a Member or have a Package your treatment will be forfeited.
No Show Policy: Not calling or showing up to your appointment results in being charged 100% of the service amount.
Rescheduling Policy: If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, we require a $55 to reschedule. If you are unable to attend your rescheduled appointment, the original price of service will be charged.
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we will not go over the allotted appointment time.
If your appointment is scheduled for Sunday, any rescheduling or cancellations must be done by phone by 7pm on the Friday before or notified over email (info@spakingston.com) at least 24 hours in advance
Gratuities
At the discretion of the guest and quality of service, gratuities are typically 20-25% of your full service price. Gratuity can be left in cash or credit form. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.

Prior to your Skincare Service
If you are receiving a Revitapen Royale, Royal Revival, Microdermabrasion, Clinical Peel or Waxing, please stop use of all Retinoids or Alpha Hydroxy Acids three days prior to your treatment with us. If you have been on Accutane within the past 6 months, we are unable to offer skincare services.
Retail and Service Policy
Sales on services, packages, gift certificates and products are final.
However, unused and unopened products may be exchanged for a different product within 14 days of original purchase (no store credit).
