Terms/Details:
Membership is non-transferable. Membership discount can not be applied with any spa gift certificates. (Spa Kingston gift certificates are at face value only.) You may cancel your Spa Membership after the initial 6 month contract without penalty by providing written notice of your request at least 30 days prior to your billing date. If you cancel before your contract ends, a cancellation fee of one month will be issued. Annual memberships are one time payments and cannot be cancelled or frozen. Benefits must be used during membership month, otherwise, they are forfeited.
