What To Expect
To assure Spa Kingston remains a relaxing experience,
we kindly ask to silence your cell phones and keep children at home.
First time guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your treatment to fill out consulation forms and unwind our relaxation area. As a courtesy to all of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if the schedule is booked. We always will do our best to accommodate you and make you feel like royalty!
SPA FINDER/SPA WISH
We are partners with Spafinder and Spa Wish. We take all gift cards and certificates. Cannot be used for products or combined with other discounts. We do not accept SpaWeek gift cards.
Free street parking is first come, first serve and there is $2 metered parking.
At the discretion of the guest and quality of service, gratuities are typically 18-20% of your full service price in cash or credit form. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.
Gift certificates are redeemable for all services and at face value. They may be purchased by phone or within the spa. They must be presented at time of service and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Cannot be applied with any membership discounts or any other special offers.
CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES
Your spa treatments are reserved specially to pamper you. We value your business and request that our guests respect our spa’s scheduling policies. We understand that life happens and sometimes there are unforeseeable circumstances to make it to your appointment, but due to our intimate size, if for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us by phone or via email at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service booked. No shows will be charged 50% of the service for their first offense and 100% of the scheduled service for the second offense. If you are a Spa Kingston member or have a package your benefit/treatment will be forfeited or you may opt to pay the fee. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we will not go over the allotted appointment time. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable therefore we have implemented this policy. When you schedule your appointment with us we request a credit card to be put on file to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Thank you!
PRODUCTS / SERVICE POLICY
Sales on services, packages, & products are final. However, unused and unopened products may be exchanged for a different product or applied to a store credit within 14 days.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
If you are receiving a Microdermabrasion, Chemical peel or Waxing; please stop use of all retinoids or alpha hydroxy acids 3 days prior to your treatment with us.
For each friend you refer, we’ll give you a $25 Spa Kingston Referral Credit once your friend comes in to the spa and finishes their first treatment. But not only do you receive $25, but your friend will also receive $25 off their first treatment or add-on! Simply give your friends one of our referral cards at our reception desk, have them show the card at their appointment and they will receive your personal recommendation and their $25 off!
The More You Refer, The More You Earn!
Our referral program is uncapped! You will continue to earn a $25 Spa Kingston Rewards for each valid referral you make who becomes a Spa Kingston Client. We will email you when your credit is added to your account so you can use it on future purchases. Your credit can be used on anything in the spa (except gratuities)!
